About the role
We are looking for a talented Concept Artist to join our animation studio in Kathmandu. The role focuses on visual storytelling and shaping the artistic direction of our projects.
Key responsibilities
- Create detailed concept designs from project briefs with minimal supervision.
- Own moderate‑complexity assets and design tasks from start to finish.
- Collaborate with fellow artists, incorporate feedback, and adapt designs accordingly.
- Research references, styles, and trends to inform visual concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and help refine ideas.
- Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in concept art, illustration, or visual design.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Art, Design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with 3D pipeline processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Illustrator.
- Experience with 3D software alongside 2D design tools.
