Construction Analyst

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Analyst to support digital construction project oversight. The role combines construction knowledge with data and technology to verify progress, ensure data quality, and aid real‑time decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review visual data from site walkthroughs and verify construction stages against plans using digital and model‑based tools.
• Conduct quality checks on annotated data, perform full‑scope project reviews, and document gaps or coordination issues.
• Monitor and resolve customer support tickets, minimizing recurring issues and flagging process gaps.
• Collaborate with quality, analyst, and operations teams to maintain high data standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 1‑2 years experience on construction sites or managing construction projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) (advantageous).
• Experience using project tracking tools, construction software, or data visualization platforms.
