Content and Student Engagement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content and Student Engagement Officer to drive digital content and foster interaction with students both inside and outside our institute. The role combines content creation, social media management, and on‑ground student outreach to strengthen our brand and improve student satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including videos, reels, photographs, captions, scripts, blogs and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar and a library of assets, monitoring performance and audience engagement.
• Build positive relationships with students, visit classes, organise quizzes, competitions, workshops and speaking clubs, and gather feedback.
• Represent the institute at street promotions, education fairs, seminars and outreach events, collect leads and support recruitment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promote student success stories, and support marketing campaigns and admission drives.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, coordinate with academic, counselling and marketing teams, and ensure all content meets institute standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or student engagement.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for education.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable engaging with students in both indoor classroom settings and outdoor promotional activities.
