Content Creator Instructor

About the role

Skill Spark is seeking a part‑time Content Creator Instructor to join its Kathmandu campus. You will design and deliver hands‑on lessons that empower learners to plan, produce, and publish digital content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop course materials, demonstrations, and real‑world projects for digital content creation.
• Conduct interactive, on‑site classes and guide learners through practical exercises.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and track outcomes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest content‑creation tools, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve curriculum quality.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create video, graphics, or social‑media content and familiarity with common content tools.
• Experience designing and delivering workshops or classroom training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or audience‑engagement strategies is a plus.
• Relevant background in IT, media, or education; prior teaching or mentoring preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and manage a part‑time teaching schedule.
