About the role

Mithila Holdings is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to produce engaging digital content that strengthens the brand’s presence across social platforms. You will generate fresh ideas, write compelling scripts, and appear on camera to convey the company’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital channels.
• Create reels, short videos, stories, posts and brand‑storytelling assets.
• Research trending topics, competitor activity and audience interests.
• Write short, attention‑grabbing scripts, hooks and video concepts.
• Present products and services confidently on camera.
• Stay updated with social‑media trends, viral formats and audience behavior.
• Assist in planning and executing content campaigns.
• Apply basic video‑editing techniques such as cuts, captions, transitions, music timing and pacing.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to shape content strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required skills
