Software Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

Sterling Wells is seeking a Software Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the FigsFlow team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on driving sales and marketing initiatives for the FigsFlow SaaS platform across the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. You will work closely with product, sales and client delivery teams to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for target markets (UK, USA, Canada, Australia) aligned with business growth targets.
• Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM, webinars, events) and manage lead generation activities.
• Analyse target audiences, segment markets and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Create and optimise marketing content and value propositions tailored to each regulatory environment.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and deliver performance dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, HubSpot AI) to accelerate content creation, personalisation and campaign testing.
