About the role

Join HamroCareer’s brand team to craft compelling narratives and shape the presence of HireOrbit and HamroCareer across modern workforce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑engagement content for LinkedIn, professional blogs, and career portals.
• Write copy for weekly market updates, newsletters, and product feature announcements.
• Collaborate on graphic layouts, social media carousels, video scripts, and presentation materials.
• Highlight candidate success stories, placement milestones, and company culture to strengthen employer branding.
• Monitor content engagement, follower growth, and traffic analytics to optimize distribution strategies.

Required profile

• Background in Mass Communication, Marketing, Literature, Business or a related creative discipline.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with strong command of English grammar and tone (fluent in Nepali).
• Basic familiarity with design/editing tools such as Canva or Figma.
• Creative curiosity and awareness of modern digital content trends.
