Operational Specialist

About the role

The Operational Specialist will manage daily content operations for the Nepal voice‑room community, ensuring high‑quality interactions and active user participation. This role bridges local cultural insights with the China‑based operations team to drive engaging campaigns and improve overall community experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑quality voice rooms and active users based on local culture, interests, and social preferences.
• Research Nepalese festivals, traditions, and user preferences to plan and execute online campaigns.
• Manage user communication, campaign promotion, rule explanations, and participation follow‑up during campaigns.
• Monitor content quality, gather user feedback, track community trends, and collect competitor insights.
• Collaborate with the China operations team to implement plans, track performance metrics, review results, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Nepal’s culture, festivals, and user behavior with excellent Nepali and English communication skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and campaign execution abilities, capable of independently following up on tasks.
• Creative content awareness, able to identify themes and develop culturally relevant campaign ideas.
• Highly responsible, self‑motivated, proactive in identifying issues and providing timely feedback.
• Basic data analysis skills for organizing campaign data, user feedback, and preparing performance reports.
• Previous experience in event planning, content operations, community management, social media, or user operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with voice‑chat apps, live streaming, gaming communities, or other UGC platforms is a plus.
