Content & Video Production Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and creative Content & Video Production Coordinator to lead video production workflows and generate engaging content for multiple brands. You will work closely with the editing team, marketing staff, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality video assets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflows for the video editing team.
• Assign and track editing tasks and deadlines.
• Organize footage, briefs, and creative assets.
• Write scripts tailored to each brand’s voice.
• Research trends and develop relevant content ideas.
• Maintain content calendars and production pipelines.
• Coordinate revisions between editors and stakeholders.
• Support social media and broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content or video production coordination.
• Strong creative writing and scriptwriting abilities.
• Proven experience coordinating video or social‑media content.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in PR or on‑field production.
• Strong interest in video, marketing, and social trends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Knowledge of video production workflows.
• Experience with project management tools.
