About the role
We are expanding our team in Kathmandu and have three full‑time openings: a Content Writer, a Logistics Member, and a Sales Representative for our shop. Each role supports our growth by creating engaging content, ensuring smooth inventory flow, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Content Writer: Write, edit and proofread content for social media, website and marketing campaigns; conduct industry research; optimise for SEO and brand consistency.
- Logistics Member: Manage inventory records, coordinate deliveries, handle pick‑up and drop‑off, and maintain smooth logistics operations.
- Sales Representative – Shop: Assist customers, maintain product displays, drive sales and provide high‑quality service; communicate in Chinese or Tibetan.
Required profile
- Content Writer: Minimum 1 year of content writing experience.
- Logistics Member: Ability to manage stock and coordinate deliveries.
- Sales Representative: Strong customer‑service orientation and speaking knowledge of Chinese or Tibetan.
