Corporate Attorney – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Attorney to join a leading technology and internet company on a contract basis. This remote position offers the chance to advise on high‑impact corporate transactions and compliance matters while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional issues.
• Conduct due‑diligence for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all business operations adhere to legal requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a state bar association, in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing corporate law.
