Corporate Attorney – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join a leading technology, information and internet company on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to provide legal advisory services from anywhere while supporting high‑impact corporate transactions and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Advise business units on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and transactional matters.
• Conduct due‑diligence investigations for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic initiatives.
• Support the legal aspects of M&A, joint ventures and other corporate restructurings.
• Ensure that all business operations adhere to applicable legal requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a state bar association in good standing.
• Minimum three years of experience practicing corporate law or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal projects in fast‑paced environments.
