Cost Control & MIS Analyst

About the role

The Cost Control & MIS Analyst will support data‑driven decision‑making across logistics operations. You will focus on analysing cost drivers, preparing budgets, and delivering management information system (MIS) reports to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational cost drivers and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Perform budget‑vs‑actual variance analysis and prepare management reports.
• Develop and monitor operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
• Support the development of internal controls, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with ERP and technology teams to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain documentation for compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Provide analytical support for budgeting, operational planning, and business decisions.

Required profile

• Semi‑Qualified CA or Qualified CA.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e‑commerce, or fulfillment operations (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
