About the role
The Crew Member position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Patan, supporting daily operations of Valley xpress. You will serve customers, handle transactions and help keep the work area clean and organized.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers and process cash or card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including restocking supplies.
- Follow company procedures and safety/hygiene standards while operating basic equipment.
- Support teammates during busy periods and complete assigned tasks within set timeframes.
Required profile
- Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service and communicate clearly.
- Basic numeracy and cash‑handling skills with attention to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.
- Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
