Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Representative to manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound calls to potential leads, and promote our range of automobile products and services. The role combines customer support with proactive tele‑prospecting, ensuring prospects receive accurate information and a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to leads about automobile products and services.
• Follow up with potential customers throughout the inquiry process.
• Provide accurate details on products, service intervals, showroom locations, and available services.
• Assist customers with queries and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Develop a basic understanding of automobile parts, products, and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, telecalling, or related customer‑service roles.
• Basic knowledge of automobile parts and services.
