Customer Experience Assistant

About the role

You will handle B2B customer inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media, adding a personal touch to each interaction. The aim is to craft solutions that surprise and exceed expectations for our tech‑savvy users while turning feedback into service improvements. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Tackle B2B customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media, adding your unique sparkle to each interaction.
• Design solutions that impress and exceed expectations for tech‑savvy users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer‑centric strategies.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable improvements for the service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the IPTV/ISP field (freshers also considered).
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of empathy.
