Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

About the role

Aircon Nepal is looking for a proactive and organized Customer Relationship Manager to own the post‑sales journey. You will ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and strong communication with customers from order confirmation through payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the order‑to‑delivery process after a sales order is received.
• Prepare and present financial proposals to customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and store teams to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Keep customers informed at each stage: order confirmation, processing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances with customers and the accounts team.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Focus on client retention by delivering excellent after‑sales service and encouraging repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, payments, and delivery status.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, Store) to resolve issues.
• Prepare and share regular reports on order status, deliveries, and payment follow‑ups.
