About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Representative to join our call centre for an Internet Service Provider in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. The role works evenings and nights on‑site, handling customer interactions through phone, email and chat.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions, address inquiries and resolve complaints across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and provide correct information to ensure a seamless experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (in progress or completed).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and technical abilities.
- Positive attitude, patience and empathy with customers.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and nights.
- Own vehicle is required.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Problem‑solving capability.
