D2D Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, confident, and target‑oriented Door‑to‑Door (D2D) Sales Representative to promote and sell FTTH internet services directly to residential customers. You will work in assigned neighbourhoods, explain package options, generate leads, and convert prospects into new subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits in designated areas.
• Promote ISP/FTTH internet packages, explaining plans, pricing, benefits, and installation steps.
• Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and follow up with interested prospects.
• Convince leads to subscribe and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collect required customer information and maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Coordinate with the technical team for installation and activation.
• Submit daily sales and field activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum education: SEE/+2 or equivalent; freshers welcome.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
• Target‑oriented mindset with ability to meet sales quotas.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet services.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area; local area knowledge is a plus.
• Two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence are advantageous.
