About the role

Lele Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to produce and publish engaging online material for its Tech Finance brand and upcoming ERP software. Based in Pokhara, you will work closely with product, development and marketing teams to translate complex software features into clear, audience‑friendly content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain content calendars for websites, social media and other digital channels.
• Write copy and develop visual concepts that align with brand voice.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create simple graphics, images or short videos.
• Adapt technical product information into accessible language for end‑users.
• Optimize content for reach using SEO best practices and monitor performance metrics.
• Analyse analytics data to refine content strategy and improve engagement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, Multimedia or related field (preferred).
• Experience in digital content creation or marketing, preferably in fintech or software environments.
• Strong written communication, organization and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in technology, fintech or ERP solutions.

Required skills

• Content Management Systems (CMS) for web publishing.
• Social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic video editing and multimedia creation.
• SEO fundamentals and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
