Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ayurpura is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise online campaigns that amplify its wellness brand. Based on‑site in Kathmandu, you will work closely with content and design teams to ensure a consistent, authentic brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and other online channels.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content, and monitor community interaction.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Coordinate online promotions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Identify new digital opportunities and support the broader marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, including campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, community engagement and platform‑specific best practices.
• Solid understanding of web analytics with the ability to generate insights and performance reports.
• Excellent communication skills for clear messaging and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
