Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Abasar Nepal Private Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise online campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate recruitment leads. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu will work closely with internal teams and clients to align digital strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web analytics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital strategies support client recruitment goals.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing experience, including multi‑channel campaign planning.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
• Ability to use web analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in HR, recruitment or professional services is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
