Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance serves as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support brand objectives and deliver strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies, annual operating budgets and business plans aligned with brand goals.
• Provide analytical support for budget reviews, cost‑saving initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Lead finance teams, oversee internal, external and regulatory audits, and ensure robust accounting controls.
• Communicate financial performance and cash‑flow insights to owners, the General Manager and executive committee.
• Monitor financial data, market trends and working capital to drive profitable decision‑making.
• Manage reporting compliance, tax obligations and P&L accuracy.
• Support human‑resource activities within the finance function, including training, performance reviews and hiring.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or master’s degree with relevant experience).
• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience (or 1 year with a master’s degree).
