Education Counsellor & Marketing Executive (B2B & Agent Network)

About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic professionals to join us as Education Counsellors and a Marketing Executive. The roles involve guiding students toward international education opportunities and developing our B2B and agent network.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective student leads and maintain regular engagement.
• Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, and admission opportunities.
• Convert enquiries into applications and successful student enrolments.
• Build strong relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
• Handle social media channels and inquiries.
• Expand and strengthen our network of education agents and recruitment partners.
• Develop new B2B partnerships and maintain existing relationships.
• Drive B2B applications and support application conversion.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve recruitment and business development targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for international education.
• Experience in student recruitment, education counselling, B2B sales, or agent relationship management is an advantage.
