Europe Admission Manager

About the role

The Europe Admission Manager will lead the end‑to‑end admission process for Nepali students applying to European universities. Based in Kathmandu, the role involves counseling, eligibility assessment, application preparation, and coordination with partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective students, conduct information sessions and respond to inquiries about European higher education.
• Prepare and submit applications, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of required documents and visas.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of European university entry requirements, scholarships and visa procedures.
• Build and nurture relationships with European universities and collaborate with internal teams on outreach and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of European higher‑education systems, admission processes and visa requirements.
• Experience in student counseling, education consultancy or admissions management, preferably for international programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, International Relations or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Nepali proficiency advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience using CRM or student management systems to track leads and applications.
