Education Sales Representative

About the role

Mystic Academy is looking for a dynamic internal Education Sales Representative to promote its training courses, engage prospects and convert inquiries into enrollments. The role combines outbound prospecting, customer support and close collaboration with marketing and admissions teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads regularly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information about training programs, schedules and fees.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Explain course features and benefits in an engaging way.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM and databases.
• Identify, qualify and nurture new leads.
• Work toward monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell relevant courses when appropriate.
• Stay updated on programs and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate closely with marketing and admissions teams.
• Prepare sales reports and document customer interactions accurately.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in education or training services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand needs.
• Results‑driven attitude and ability to meet targets.
• Team player who can collaborate with marketing and admissions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software for managing leads and customer records.
