Enterprise Sales Officer

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Officer will lead growth of DishHome’s enterprise portfolio across Pokhara and surrounding regions. You will acquire new corporate customers, manage key accounts and deliver tailored connectivity and managed‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new enterprise business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking and field visits.
• Establish strong relationships with decision‑makers in corporate, hospitality, education, healthcare, financial, manufacturing, government and SME sectors.
• Understand customer business requirements and propose appropriate Internet, Intranet, MPLS, VPN, Managed Network, IPTV, DTH and Wi‑Fi solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, technical solution discussions, commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, device sales and customer acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Enterprise/B2B sales experience in the ISP/ICT industry, preferably based in Pokhara.
• Strong business development and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
