Exam In-Charge – Manage Exams & Results

About the role

The Exam In‑Charge will lead the planning, organization and supervision of all internal and external examinations at Global College of Technology. This role ensures that assessments are conducted fairly, securely and in line with institutional and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare academic calendars and coordinate exam schedules with faculty and departments.
• Organize logistics for exam sessions, including seat‑planning, invigilator allocation and material preparation.
• Supervise the secure printing, packaging and distribution of question papers and answer sheets.
• Oversee the conduct of exams, ensuring discipline, confidentiality and handling any irregularities.
• Collect and collate answer sheets, coordinate marking and prepare result summaries, transcripts and grade reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external academic boards, preparing reports for audits.
• Liaise with academic boards, universities and regulatory bodies and address student queries related to assessments.

Required profile

• Highly competent and motivated individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of exam materials and results.
• Excellent communication skills for liaison with faculty, students and external bodies.
