Factory Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Chitwan, Nepal. The role involves planning, organising and managing all aspects of production to meet targets while maintaining high quality, safety and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee all factory operations to achieve production targets.
• Manage production schedules, quality control, inventory, maintenance activities and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, supervise and motivate production staff and department supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production efficiency and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Control production costs, minimise waste and optimise resource utilisation.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare production reports and present operational performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, preferably with at least five years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to analyse production data and drive efficiency improvements.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across departments.
