Market Equipment Executive – Mechanical/Electrical

About the role

The Market Equipment Executive will verify, audit, commission and monitor commercial refrigeration equipment installed at retail outlets. The role ensures equipment functionality, supports preventive maintenance and provides technical troubleshooting in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct verification and auditing of commercial refrigeration equipment, including visi coolers and refrigerators, at retail outlets.
• Inspect installations to confirm proper functionality and operational performance.
• Support commissioning and operational testing of newly deployed units and verify performance.
• Perform regular inspections, collect preventive maintenance data and analyze performance trends.
• Coordinate with field technicians for troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical inspection reports and communicate findings to internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical field related to refrigeration or mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Valid motorcycle license and ability to ride a bike for field visits.
• Proactive, independent and able to work collaboratively with technicians and service teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) systems.
• Understanding of commercial refrigeration equipment such as visi coolers and refrigerators.
• Experience with equipment verification, auditing, commissioning and operational testing.
• Ability to conduct preventive maintenance and analyze maintenance data.
• Technical troubleshooting and performance monitoring of refrigeration systems.
