Service Engineer – 2W EV (Service)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer – 2W EV to support and strengthen our service network across the Central, Eastern and Western regions of Nepal. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, dealer support and customer satisfaction through technical and operational assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to dealers and service centres.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor service quality and SOP compliance.
• Organise training programmes for technicians and dealer staff.
• Track and analyse service data, warranty claims and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with the central service team for escalated issues and support service campaigns and new product roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in 2‑wheel service operations or technical support.
• Willingness to travel frequently across regional areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of 2‑wheelers and service diagnostics.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
