About the role
The Service Manager will lead after‑sales service operations for an electronics appliances company in Nepal, ensuring high customer satisfaction while overseeing inventory, product development and technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and streamline after‑sales service processes to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee comprehensive inventory and spare‑parts tracking, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Participate in new product development, conduct quality assessments and analyse market trends.
- Coordinate technical teams and resolve escalated customer service issues efficiently.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for service performance and inventory levels.
Required profile
- Proven experience in after‑sales service management within the electronics or appliances sector.
- Strong ability to manage inventory, spare parts and coordinate technical teams.
