Field Sales Representative – Kathmandu

About the role

Danson Solutions is seeking energetic field sales professionals to promote its technology and digital solutions across Kathmandu. You will meet businesses, schools and organisations, understand their challenges and present tailored digital services that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals and events.
• Conduct in‑person meetings and product presentations to decision‑makers.
• Perform consultative selling by analysing client needs and recommending appropriate AI‑powered, software or digital‑marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads and provide regular sales activity reports.

Required profile

• People‑oriented, motivated and confident with a proactive, target‑driven attitude.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment and travelling within Kathmandu Valley.
• Willingness to learn about emerging technologies, AI and digital solutions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies.
• Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, software and digital marketing.
• Experience with CRM or sales‑management tools.
