Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s complete finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, cash‑flow management, statutory compliance, and strong financial controls. The role provides financial analysis and strategic support to senior management to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and liquidity.
• Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.
• Analyze financial performance and advise senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and other stakeholders.
• Oversee tax planning, filings and statutory obligations.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
