Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our trading company. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow management, cost control, reporting and compliance, while providing strategic insights to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cost accounting processes for feed and laminate product costing.
• Monitor and control working capital, cash flow, and fund utilization.
• Develop financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit standards.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management systems.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimise costs and resources.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions as required.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
