Food and Beverage Associate Internship

About the role

The Food and Beverage Associate internship at Hotel Tibet Pvt. Ltd. is based in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. You will work on‑site supporting the daily food and beverage operations of a boutique Tibetan‑themed hotel, gaining hands‑on experience in guest service, food preparation, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring dining areas are clean and well presented.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders and maintain smooth service flow.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all food and beverage activities.
• Assist with inventory checks and basic stock organization.

Required profile

• Strong interest in food service and boutique hotel hospitality.
• Good customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic culinary skills or willingness to learn food preparation standards.
• Ability to adhere to hygiene, safety and quality guidelines.
• Positive attitude, reliability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Enrollment in or completion of a hospitality, tourism or related program is an advantage.
