About the role
The Commis III is a full‑time, on‑site position at Hotel Tibet Pvt. Ltd. in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. You will support the kitchen team with daily food preparation, assisting senior chefs in cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and basic mise en place.
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes for buffet and à la carte service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene standards, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow food safety practices and ensure consistent food quality.
Required profile
- Basic culinary knowledge and ability to follow recipes under senior chef guidance.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
