Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The spa is looking for a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to keep all areas clean, hygienic and welcoming for clients and staff. You will be responsible for daily cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks in line with the spa’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain reception, treatment rooms, washrooms, corridors and staff areas.
• Launder and change bed linens, towels, bathrobes and other fabrics daily, ensuring proper storage.
• Disinfect treatment rooms between clients, including surfaces, beds and equipment.
• Empty trash bins, segregate waste and manage disposal.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when items are low.
• Assist with basic setup of treatment rooms such as arranging towels, mats and slippers.

Required profile

• Minimum School Leaving Certificate (SLC/SEE) or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, spa, clinic or similar environment is preferred; fresh candidates with strong work ethic are also considered.
• Honest, hardworking, detail‑oriented and able to work physically and manage time efficiently.
• Basic Nepali communication skills and comfort working in a client‑facing wellness environment.
