About the role
Roadhouse is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Host to join its Kathmandu team. The Host greets guests, manages waitlists and reservations, and ensures a smooth flow of service, contributing to the brand’s high hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage the entrance and reception area.
- Handle reservations, phone inquiries and provide accurate information about menus and services.
- Coordinate seating arrangements, maintain waitlists and communicate guest needs to the service team.
- Assist with special requests and resolve minor guest concerns professionally.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Reliability, attention to detail and calmness during peak hours.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with reservation or POS systems (preferred).
