Food & Beverage Manager – Sindhuli

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of Himalayan Java and a new 3‑star hotel in Sindhuli. The successful candidate will ensure high‑quality service, maintain hygiene standards, and drive profitability while building a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall Food and Beverage operations of Himalayan Java and the 3‑star hotel.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage service, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food and beverage service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and proper utilization of supplies.
• Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and support profitability targets.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing based on operational requirements.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service‑related issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company standards.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular operational and sales reports.
• Coordinate with management on menus, promotions, pricing, events, and other F&B activities.
• Support the setup, planning, and successful launch of F&B operations during the opening phase.
• Maintain strong coordination between Himalayan Java, hotel operations, kitchen, and other relevant departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Required profile

• A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hotel F&B Manager, or similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and hospitality service standards.
• Experience managing restaurants, cafés, hotels, or similar establishments.
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff training abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and operational planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, demanding hospitality environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
