About the role

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, handling inquiries, billing, and service requests while ensuring a professional and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk‑in customers, providing front‑desk support for internet packages, billing, renewals and account status.
  • Process cash transactions, daily bank deposits and reconcile financial records.
  • Create and manage customer support tickets, following up on pending issues and coordinating with technical and field teams.
  • Provide first‑level troubleshooting for internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi and router‑related problems.
  • Handle customer escalations, promote package upgrades and support retention activities.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong customer‑relationship orientation and good coordination abilities.
  • Customer‑service mindset and willingness to work with fresh graduates.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
