About the role
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position manages front office operations, handles phone calls, emails and correspondence, and supports various administrative tasks across the organization. The role contributes to a smooth daily workflow and enhances the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor records and front‑office documentation.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for staff.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and record management.
