Front Desk Officer

About the role

AECC, an international education consultancy with its head office in Melbourne, Australia, is growing and is looking for a Front Desk Officer for its Chitwan office. The person will understand customers' needs quickly and present solutions that meet them. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the organisation professionally inside and outside the organisation and give information to internal and external customers.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and answer them professionally and courteously.
• Manage the reception area.
• Record calls and keep records of useful information.
• Transfer calls centrally to the concerned authority.
• Meet the targets set by the company and help achieve future goals.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the concerned authority.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Demonstrated team player, persistent and results-oriented.
• Female candidates are preferred, as the position involves filling in the responsibilities of a Front Desk Officer.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems.
