Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Vasista Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day front office operations at its property in Ilam. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site responsibilities with occasional remote work, ensuring smooth guest experiences and efficient reception processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach front desk team members.
• Manage reservations and front‑desk administration.
• Oversee lobby activities and ensure seamless check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience in a front‑office or customer‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to handle receptionist duties, including check‑in/check‑out and reservations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in hotel front office operations or hospitality management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on‑site presence with remote tasks.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
