Full Stack Developer – Next.js

About the role

Criico is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale our web applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling. You will work across the stack—from database and API design to polished, performant front‑end experiences—and play a key role in technical decisions as the product grows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and design efficient database schemas with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Own features end‑to‑end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize application performance using SSR, SSG, ISR, caching, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and help set engineering best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps decisions using Docker, Vercel, or AWS.
• Ensure application security, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility.
