Senior Software QA (Manual Testing)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer with 6‑10 years of manual testing experience. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality releases, leveraging AI‑assisted tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end testing for assigned features and releases, including functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end test cases.
• Analyze business requirements, user stories and technical specifications to identify gaps, risks and test scenarios.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools for requirement analysis, test design, test data preparation and coverage.
• Validate backend data and business logic using PostgreSQL/MySQL queries.
• Investigate and resolve client‑reported issues in collaboration with support and development teams.
• Track defects through resolution, retesting and regression testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• 6‑10 years of software QA experience with strong manual testing expertise.
• Strong SQL and database testing skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience in requirement analysis, defect management and production support.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
