Senior Software QA Engineer – Manual Testing

About the role

CoverGo is looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer to lead manual testing efforts for its cutting‑edge insurtech platform. You will work remotely with an international team, ensuring the quality of new technologies and API integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on new features and technologies, creating and executing test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report bugs using the provided template with detailed information for developers.
• Conduct API testing with tools such as Postman or Swagger to validate request/response behavior.
• Report testing status to cross‑functional teams and support the QA process proactively.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in manual testing within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of QA theory, software development life cycle, and lean/agile QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Manual API testing using Postman.
• API testing using Swagger.
