Full Stack Developer (Python/Django, Next.js, Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in Python and Django to design, develop, and maintain both web and mobile applications. The role involves end‑to‑end development, server management, security hardening, and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Create cross‑platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Cloud VPS servers running Ubuntu.
• Implement SSL, HTTPS, and data‑encryption measures to secure applications.
• Perform system and code optimisation for speed and scalability.
• Maintain data backup, recovery procedures, and monitor system health.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end development, server administration, and performance tuning.
• Experience delivering secure, high‑availability web and mobile solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
