About the role

HD Travel, a travel and tour company within the GC Group, seeks an experienced, dynamic, and results‑driven General Manager to lead overall operations and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations of the travel company.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff for efficient performance.
• Create and promote domestic and international travel packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and partners.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall business performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and devise market expansion strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address key client concerns.
• Coordinate with sales, ticketing, operations, finance, and other departments.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, negotiations, and business development activities.
