Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing advertising agency. You will be responsible for producing visually engaging content, developing brand assets, and managing social media activities for both the agency and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, brand identities, social media creatives, promotional materials, advertisements, and other graphic assets based on client requirements.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with diverse brand identities.
• Create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in branding, visual style, colors, typography, and overall design quality.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client‑servicing teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time.
• Incorporate client or team feedback to refine designs.
• Stay updated on current design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing practices.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing previous design and creative work.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual composition, typography, colour, and layout.
• Hands‑on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
